Reasons Why Our Hot Tub Should Be Delivered Earlier |

Dear Dad,
For quite some time now, I have tried to convince you verbally as to why I believe we should get the hot tub delivered earlier than December 15th. It is obvious that these attempts have made absolutely no progress, so I am now going to share my reasons in an essay. You have mentioned before that perhaps I could write a 500 word essay, and in order to prove my point, I am going above and beyond that number and giving you several points as well as my strong and passionate feelings toward this bubbly situation.
First of all, is the financial aspect. You being the accountant guy you are, this aspect may be the most clear to you. By having the hot tub be delivered earlier, such as early November, we would get more use out of our (your) money. Technically, the hot tub has already been paid for, and thus it is sitting idle while we could already be enjoying it on a daily basis. Also, if the hot tub were to be delivered before November 20th (my birthday), I would choose to have some friends over to sit in and enjoy the hot tub instead of having a birthday party. Sitting in the hot tub would be a fantastic way to spend my 15th birthday! To top it off, this would save you additional money by not having to pay to go anywhere.
I have consulted with numerous hot tub owners including our previous neighbors Bob and Debbie. As stated by all-knowing hot tub expertise, Mike, fall is the very best time of the entire year for using a hot tub. Other neighbors have also shared their interest in us getting our hot tub for fall usage. Also, we would be able to enjoy the fire pit and the hot tub at the same time, which we wouldn't be able to do in the winter. Imagine sitting in the hot tub appreciating the beauty of the fire pit we so intensely labored over during the scalding summer months.
You have expressed your main concern with getting the hot tub early: we won't think of it as our Christmas present and we will want to buy more gifts. This is entirely untrue of course. On Christmas morning we can open the smaller amount of presents and then go sit in the hot tub for the rest of the morning. By having fewer gifts to open, you might even be able to sleep in a little later. (You might have to talk that one over with mom and Evan!)
All of these points are valid arguments in my debate as to why we should get the hot tub delivered earlier than December, preferably early November. Thank you for reading and thoughtfully considering my essay.

Dear Arctic Spas Midwest,
Wanted to thank Doug and his professional sales and service staff for their generosity and understanding.
I currently own a Master Spa, which I purchased from Master Spa's in Wayzta, MN. I have had nothing but problems with this spa ranging from freezing to electrical problems. I have spent more than $2500 in repairs because Master Spa's GREAT 5/10-year warranty does not cover them, due to loopholes. I have also been scammed by Master Spa's rebate program; where I was suppose to receive 90% of the purchase price back after 3 years.
Well, now that program is in Federal Bankruptcy Court, which I have spent over $1000 on lawyer fees. The list goes on; on until now I first met the Arctic Spas Midwest team at the Home Show in February 2006. They listened to my unbelievable Master Spa story and sympathized with me. They told me that they would take care of my needs, and get me back into the Hot Tub spirit. Doug and his team picked up my Master Spa tub and took it to their shop and did the necessary repairs. Now I am enjoying my spa and the new Gazebo, which I purchased from Attic Spas. I can't thank you enough. I know now that I purchased the wrong tub and my next Spa will be an ARCTIC SPAS from the real professionals, ARCTIC SPAS MIDWEST!!! |

We want to thank you for selling us the Klondiker Artie Spa this August. Although we have not had many cool nights in which to use it, the times we did were fabulous!!
I have not felt free from aches and pains since my accident two years ago, but the Spa has worked wonders on me.
The service you have given us is beyond what we had expected. From help setting it up to regulating the water for the proper balance. If that was not enough; you stayed in contact with us afterwards to inquire about any questions/problems we might have. You have been a great help to us and we will highly recommend Artic Spas to our friends. After all the searching and research we have done on spas, we believe we found the best !!
You have a great personality and did not force us into a sale, as many other sales people have in the past. I think this is one of your greatest assets and believe that your knowledge stands behind the spas you sell.

I have owned another spa from a different company but I will never own anything again but an Arctic Spa. The service I receive from Doug and the crew at Arctic Spas Midwest is outstanding. They are very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products and the products are the best. Living in Minnesota and the cold climate this spa with its enclosed base is very energy efficient. It's also great that I don't have to worry about mice getting into the system and damaging the wiring. With the easy access panels, there is the ability to change or add different jets or even add more pumps and they don't have to rip the entire spa lining apart to have access to the working system or the tub.
The spa does wonders to the body. I sit in my captain's chair and just melt away. The orca jet is the best knot remover out there and if you like you feet massaged that is the jet. I have found I don't need to sit in my Arctic Spa as long to feel the benefits, which is great if my time is limited. My bother who is a carpenter has used my other spa and my new Arctic Spa and has agreed that my Arctic Spa can't be beat, there is no comparison. They were both comparable in size and features but he was amazed at the power the Arctic Spa has and how much more relaxing and comfortable the seating and jets are. His forearms and legs tend to get really tight and after 2 rounds in the spa, he's loosened up for another week of work. My brother just happens to visit me a lot more these days.
If you are thinking about owning a spa or buying a new one, I would highly recommend an Arctic Spa. I will never own anything else. |

I recently purchased an Arctic Spa for my home, and I am writing this letter explaining how satisfied we are with the product and the company. It was delivered very quickly after T purchased it and the gentlemen who installed it were very nice and made sure all of our questions and concerns were taken care of. They explained the chemicals in detail and even helped put some into the spa for the first time. The hot tub has been great, we love it. The chemicals work perfect, and every time I go into their store in Dundas, MN they make sure I am taken care of and continue to stay satisfied. I would recommend an Arctic Spa to anyone looking for one, they truly are a great spa, and no other company can beat their great service! |

I have visited the Arctic dealer in Dundas, Minnesota, many times.
If fact, I purchase many of my chemicals and test supplies from them, as they are more convenient and easier to deal with than my Sundance dealer. And a speck cheaper, which is nice!
I didn't know the store was there till I needed to find another dealer who sold Brilliance products.
They always treat me very well, and even though I didn't purchase my spa from them, they offer to test my water and clean my filters for free.
All in all, they are running a very nice business, and are very friendly and consumer oriented. So please accept my compliments on the Dundas, MN Arctic dealer.
